Our Unit
We simply showcase specific employer job opportunities to our audiences. Our unique Community Center has a focus on connecting our audience to employment opportunities in law enforcement, medical, EQ technicians, aviation and logistics. Our goal is to make a little more transparent a seemingly impenetrable task for Veterans, 1st responders and their spouses.
Volunteer/MOVSM Opportunities

Building Community

Our online forum, the "Community Center", builds continuity between HR/recruiters and the audience they seek to employ. The EOB Unit offers a tool, not a service, and is available to other veteran organizations to further their specific mission as well as our audiences at no cost.
Specific Audiences
Amoung others, we offer our outreach to improve soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines and space forces lives.
HOW- Our outreach specifically:
1. Decreases stress
2. Improves the odds of a successful transition with another dynamic tool
3. Offering additional employment opportunities which reduces the factors that lead to ongoing/increased PTSD, suicide, & homelessness.
4. Improves morale & produces hope.
OFCCP Compliance
Federal regulation requires federal contractors to participate in and communicate with outreach organizations like ours that directly support protected classes. If you would like to particpate for OFCCP compliance, we can accomodate. An annual membership fee applies.

About AVF Team 1
AVFteam1™ is a Washington State 501(c)3 charity. The founder has spent the last decade donating his time caring for active duty veterans and first responders on military installations. As both a civilian and/or Department of Defense board member volunteer, the founder has been in support positions with inbound PCS (permanent change of station) orientation events, on base marketing, and separating service member events. His scope of experience includes civilian employer outreach with the Guard and Reserve (ESGR.mil a Department of Defense office, was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment).
